Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our corporate facilities. This role demands a strong understanding of infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and workplace experience. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to managing preventive maintenance, compliance, and employee services, ensuring the office operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Facility Operations: Lead end-to-end facilities management across Pan-India locations, ensuring seamless workplace experience and business continuity.
- Maintenance & Infrastructure: Oversee AMCs, preventive maintenance schedules, and critical systems including PAC, UPS, CCTV, and BMS.
- Workplace Services: Supervise housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry, front office, and transportation services while maintaining high service and hygiene standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Drive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives, sustainability programs, and ensure readiness for certification audits.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong vendor partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, InfoSec, Finance) to deliver operational excellence.
- Workspace Planning: Coordinate seating arrangements, employee movement, and office space optimization as per business requirements.
- Security & Governance: Oversee physical security and ensure adherence to statutory requirements by liaising with government and non-government agencies.
Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; management qualification preferred.
- Experience: 12–15 years in facilities/workplace operations with exposure to senior leadership.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams across technical and soft services functions.
- Facilities Expertise: Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and EHS practices.
- Projects & Procurement: Hands-on experience in real estate procurement and execution of new office projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with facility management tools/software.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior leadership, vendors, and agencies (govt./non-govt.).
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational, multitasking, and service excellence mindset.
