About the role

This role is part of the group rewards team and will work on rewards program supporting multiple businesses across 5 sectors and 4 continents.


The role will have two levels of impact

  • Business as usual part of the role will focus on running the rewards cycle in co-ordination with businesses in a seamless, efficient, tech enabled and group-aligned manner
  • Strategic rewards management will focus on mid to long term initiatives, enhancements and projects around various aspects of compensation and benefits

Strategic Rewards

  • Strengthen articulation and rollout of group rewards philosophy
  • Review current status of various bonus and long term incentive plans
  • Suggest changes to bonus plans during annual reviews
  • Prepare new long term incentive plans as and when needed
  • Periodically review various benefits and policies and ensure that they stay ahead of the curve
  • Develop frameworks to assess fairness, efficiency and effectiveness of group rewards programs
  • Use the framework to identify improvement areas and associated actions
  • Drive special projects focusing on areas like gender pay parity, total rewards communication, productivity deep-dives, etc

Who are we looking for?

Education:

  • Masters degree preferably in HR or business from a Tier 1 institute


Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in total rewards (Compensation and Benefits, long term incentives, executive compensation) including experience building financial/compensation models
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and HRIS


Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of executive compensation and benefits regulations, taxation regulations


Skills:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and influencing ability
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and logical thinking ability
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Project management
  • Ability to respond very well to the dynamic atmosphere with a high level of maturity and an acute sense of audience to determine the best approach
  • Manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adheres to strict data privacy standards
