Job Description

Responsibilities

: -

Work with internal and external stakeholders to track pursuits.
Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
Client Engagement and Relationship Management.
Strategy and Solution Design: Lead the development of CLM strategies tailored to each client's unique requirements and industry landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CLM solutions, leveraging platforms such as Icertis, Sirion, Conga, and other relevant technologies.
Showcase product/solution concepts & offerings via presentations, demos and effective documentation
Knowhow of the different CLM technologies in the market to share perspectives with the client
Demonstrated experience in creating business case, industry specific decks, conducting client demos and support with proposal creation
Alliance management and working with leading product companies in the CLM space.

Requirements : -

Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Experience in presales/sales/solution consulting
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to contracts is a plus.
Implementation experience of other products like Icertis, Conga, Zycus etc is a plus
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Experience in contract management, commercial, procurement, or consulting roles, with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management
EXPERIENCE IN TRANSFORMATION IS A MUST
