Key Skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in Collections / Order to Cash processes
Minimum 3 years of experience in an Operations Leadership / Managerial role
Any Graduates

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Collections / Order to Cash operations end to end
Handle client relationships, manage multiple client stakeholders, and deliver operational insights
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and compliance standards
Monitor delivery, quality, exceptions, and risk management
Drive performance reviews, internal governance, and operational reporting
Develop and present dashboards, MIS, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
Lead team handling, training, coaching, motivation, and performance management
Conduct employee assessments and optimize workflow allocation
Identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation plans
Drive continuous improvement and transformation projects
Ensure business objectives, contractual obligations, and profitability targets are met.
