We serve churches, ministries, and individuals seeking rest and restoration through hospitality and faith-based experiences. Off Hyderabad highway, located at Chikkaballapur, the property is nestled at the foot of Nandi Hills, about a 15 minute drive from Bangalore International Airport. Glorious Promised Land typically welcome a wide range of guests: individuals seeking solitude, groups engaging in training or healing, and organisations building team cohesion. The warm staff ensure that every individual feels supported, safe, and free to explore their purpose for being there. Job Summary We are seeking a committed and experienced Facilities & Guest Services Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retreat centre. This individual will be responsible for managing the property and facilities , coordinating administrative functions , and ensuring a warm, professional, and spiritually uplifting experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a heart for Christian service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities · Facilities Management · Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings, guest rooms, meeting halls, dining areas, and grounds. · Coordinate repairs, routine inspections, and vendor services (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, etc.). · Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards. · Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, equipment, and facility-related services. · Administration · Supervise housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff; provide training and schedules. · Oversee administrative systems including booking/reservations, billing, and record keeping. · Manage budgets related to facilities, supplies, and operations. · Liaise with vendors, contractors, and utility providers. · Guest Relations · Serve as the primary point of contact for retreat participants, ensuring a hospitable and Christ-centered welcome. · Coordinate guest check-in/check-out, room allocations, and group event logistics. · Address guest needs, concerns, and special requests with warmth and efficiency. · Ensure each guest’s experience reflects the centre’s mission of spiritual care and hospitality.
