Core Focus:

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:
Maintenance, clinic readiness, equipment upkeep, and vendor management.
Stock & Inventory:
Central stock audits, reorder levels, wastage control, consumable tracking.
Operations Audit:
Monthly operational compliance, SOP adherence, documentation, internal audit coordination.
Feedback & Quality Loop:
Collate clinic feedback (client & internal), identify operational gaps, and drive improvement with the Clinical Ops team.
MIS Coordination:
Data tracking on costs, efficiency, inventory, and facility utilization.
Support Functions:
Liaise with Admin, Procurement, and Facility vendors for standardization and cost efficiency.
