Job Description

Role Overview:

As the Community Success Manager, you will champion the customer and advisor journey

across the organisation. You will interact closely with the advisor community, conducting

advisor reviews, driving performance improvements, and ensuring a seamless experience

across all touchpoints. You also will be ensuring optimum customer support. Your

contributions will shape advisor training, process optimization, and product enhancements

to ensure that we consistently exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the customer experience and advocate for continuous improvement

across the organisation.

Oversee the advisor onboarding and training process, identifying areas for customer

experience enhancement.

Analyze advisor performance to spot trends, challenges, and opportunities for

growth.

Engage with the advisor community through regular 1-to-1 and group sessions to

foster better collaboration and performance.

Develop and refine SOPs, training materials, and protocols for advisors.
Conduct onboarding and ongoing training programs for advisors, focusing on

Beshak processes, protocols, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product, process, and automation

changes that improve customer and advisor experiences.
