upGrad is looking for a Channel Partner Manager Offline Education to drive partner-led growth across regions. The role involves acquiring, enabling, and managing channel partners to scale enrollments, revenue, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire & Onboard Partners:
  Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners; define commercial terms and ensure smooth process alignment.
• Partner Relationship Management:
  Act as the primary point of contact for partners, driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success.
• Sales Enablement:
  Train partners on product offerings, provide sales and marketing support, and assist in high-value deal closures.
• Revenue & Pipeline Management:
  Drive partner-led revenue, track pipeline performance, ensure target achievement, and implement corrective action plans where required.
• Performance Tracking & Governance:
  Conduct regular business reviews, track KPIs, ensure compliance with pricing, branding, and reporting standards.
• Market Intelligence & Collaboration:
  Gather market insights and work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to unlock growth opportunities.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the offline education sector
  
• Proven experience in channel partner management, sales, or business development
  
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple partners and drive revenue targets
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting tools
