Assistant Manager/Manager – Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare on- time and error free reports related to all performance KPIs.
• Data warehousing for all performance metrics across regions.
• Ensure timely & accurate reporting of CX metrics, ad hoc data / information & analytical requests.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in data management, analytics, and insights through automation.
• Enable CX team with data insights for continuous process improvements opportunities.
• Program as per defined guidelines for various automation initiatives.
• Take part in UAT activities.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in data analytics.
• SME in advance excel and macros.
• Should have work experience of visualization tools.
• Data analytics & insights.
• Should possess sound knowledge on Excel and Macros.
• Good knowledge & command over Power BI.
• Expertise in DBA like Access, SQL, Oracle etc.
• Expertise in Managing large data sets.
• Expertise in managing data tables and structures.
• Understanding of tools and systems, Eg: CMS, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
• Strong on Logic and should be number oriented.
• Experience of data modelling, simulations, and scenario planning.
  

Good To Have

• Excellent knowledge & command over Power BI.
• Expertise in DBA like Access, SQL, Oracle etc.
• Good understanding of measurement and metrics and their inter-relatability.
  

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline, and SME in data analytics.
• Certified in visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
