Job Description

Responsibilities: -

• Competitor intelligence: Look at the strength and weakness of competitors including competitor price survey, to uncover why customers would choose competitors over our product or service.

• Bench marking our products and services with the key competitors in terms of pricing and value generation

• Product Intelligence: Look inward at our own product and services and learn about its quality and performances and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Market Understanding: To gather the information to understand where our audience is and what gap exist so we can fill them.

• Customer understanding: To gather the information that can help the marketing team come up with targeted campaigns.

• Database generation for Crop protection market from internal and external stake holders

• Work closely with crop managers in identifying the CSS by providing the district wise crop protection market estimation

• Coordinate with global team and help them gather the required country information

• Oversee business intelligence requirements of the company & ensure an appropriate data flow

• Be aware on key trends in the market with reference to crops, seasonal market requirements & consumer preferences

• Monitor key business trends involving our competitors & forecast possible initiatives for business enhancement.

• Regular reports & data interpretations as based on the needs & requirements of the hour

• Ensuring data accuracy & backing up over all initiatives of marketing across ADAMA India

• Work closely with the crop managers to provide them market intel as and when is necessary based on the seasonal demand & supply forecasts.

Required Skills: -

Proven ability to develop strategies for a large marketing team
Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to establish rapport with all levels of employee in the organization
Expertise or experience is BI Tools will be an added advantage
Up to date with latest trends and industry best practices
