Manager - Business Intelligence

Role & responsibilities

• Should have excellent knowledge of product costing, Material costing, preferably from garment industry.
• Directing financial analysis, internal & regulatory reporting, accounting operations, budgeting & forecasting that led to long-term improvements in cost savings, profitability and productivity.
• Preparation of detailed budgeting exercise, monitoring of monthly actuals and budgetary controls
• Should have worked in ERP environment and have sound knowledge of system controls etc.
• Ensuring adherence to compliance with requirements under regulatory framework
• As member of management team, participate and contribute in all decision making with specific emphasis on purchases, capital expenditure, contracts of any nature etc.
• Monitoring Revenue, CAPEX Budget for various Functions; designing cost model to measure and monitor monthly project and overhead costs; reviewing processes and transactions, establishing internal control mechanisms for various financial and non-financial transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Cost accountant with 3 -6 year experience

• Ability to fit into an entrepreneurial and highly demanding

work environment

• Demonstrable track record of strong achievement and

communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong performance

management skills

• Dedicated and motivated individual with high levels of

professionalism.

• Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and

relationship management skills.

• Must have worked with larger manufacturing companies preferably garment Industry.
