We're looking for a
Manager - Business Development
who can open doors, build relationships, and drive revenue in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who loves building things from zero, experimenting with partnerships, and turning conversations into outcomes.You'll work directly with the founding team to grow partnerships across brands, universities, and corporates — and play a pivotal role in scaling the business from early traction to a full-fledged talent ecosystem.What You'll Do
- Identify, reach out, and pitch to potential partners and collaborators.
- Build and manage relationships with HR leaders, TA heads, startup founders, and ecosystem partners.
- Confidently pitch recruiting, employer branding, and content solutions to them.
- Craft partnership proposals, media decks, and customized solutions for clients.
- Drive the entire BD cycle — from lead generation to closure — with a focus on consistency and long-term value.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, follow up smartly, and own revenue outcomes.
Who You Are

- Confident in reaching out, pitching, and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working at startup speed — quick iterations, fast decisions, high accountability.
- Passionate about media, talent, startups, or tech ecosystems.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales (preferably in Recruitment, SaaS, B2B, HRTech or startup ecosystem).
- Strong understanding of digital media, brand collaborations, or B2B partnerships.
- Ability to build trust, close deals, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Prior experience in a fast-growth or early-stage environment is a plus.
- Experience working with CXO, HR/TA leaders, founders, or employer branding teams.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, media marketing, and storytelling-driven sales.
