Job Description

Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

  • Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and attending promotional events.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients and engage in regular follow-ups to build a relationship.

Client Engagement and Site Visits:

  • Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers to showcase the product and its features.
  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about the products, pricing, and payment options.

Sales Pitch and Closing Deals:

  • Present and promote company products to potential buyers in a convincing manner.
  • Answer client queries and address concerns to facilitate decision-making.
  • Work on converting prospects into confirmed sales by explaining benefits, resolving objections, and negotiating terms within company guidelines.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Gather insights on competitors, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, values, and regulations to better inform clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Ensure timely communication and keep clients updated on project milestones or changes.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Assist clients with the necessary documentation, including booking forms, agreements, and payment receipts.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities, lead status, and sales conversions.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Strategize with the sales team to improve sales performance and meet targets.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Coordinate with the marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and client feedback for product and service improvements.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in construction, cement, steel, real estate or a related industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.

Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and establish trust.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.

Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel to various project sites and work flexible hours, as needed.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills (Excel, Word) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
