Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales by onboarding colleges, universities, and training institutions for our EdTech solutions.
Identify and build strategic relationships with academic institutions and corporate partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to proposal creation and deal closure.
Promote Career Craft Academy’s value-added, internship, and career shaping programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups and institutional account management post-deal.

Requirements:
5 to 10 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the EdTech, Higher Education, or Skilling sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of institutional/academic sales processes.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Travel is compulsory – must be willing and ready to travel extensively across regions.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
