Professional Technical Trainer

Job description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Professional Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs across a wide range of technical and soft skill areas. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains: Java, Python, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, IoT, VLSI, Prompt Engineering, Drone, Robotics, UI/UX Design, Design Thinking, and Soft Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, Develop, And Deliver Engaging And Interactive Training Sessions

· Create Training Materials,Assessments And Hands-On Exercises Tailored To Various Learner Levels

· Stay Updated With Current Trends And Advancements In Each Subject Area

· Evaluate Learner Progress And Provide Constructive Feedback

· Collaborate With Curriculum Designers And Technical Teams To Enhance Course Content

· Adapt Teaching Styles To Cater To Different Learning Preferences

· Maintain Training Records And Prepare Progress Reports

Qualifications:

· Masters degree/Doctorate in a relevant field (computer science,Engineering,etc.)

· Relevant certifications in one or more domains (eg..AI,Cybersecurity,VLSI,UI/UX,etc..)

· Proven experience as a trainer,facilitator or educator in technical and /or soft skills domains

· Execellent presentation,communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage diverse learners and customize training approaches accordingly

· Experience With E-Learning Platforms And Analytical And LMS Tools

· Strong Problem –Solving And Analytical Mindset

· Passion For Mentoring And Knowledge Sharing
