Student Coordinator / Program Coordinator

Position Title: Students Coordinator / Program Coordinator Location: Puducherry Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities: Coordinate student enrollment, orientation, and scheduling. Act as the primary point of contact for student queries and concerns. Track student attendance and course progress. Liaise with trainers, management, and support teams to ensure smooth program delivery. Support in organizing internal assessments, certifications, and placement drives. Maintain accurate student records and feedback. Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and in a team. Basic understanding of IT training programs (preferred). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline . 1–2years of experience in any Field.
