Job Summary

Athenian Professional is hiring an experienced and performance-driven Salon Manager for its Bengaluru location. The Salon Manager will be responsible for daily salon operations, team management, sales growth, customer experience, SOP compliance, and brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to drive revenue and memberships.

Key Responsibilities1. Salon Operations & SOP Compliance

• Manage end-to-end daily salon operations
• Ensure strict adherence to Athenian SOPs, hygiene, and grooming standards
• Supervise opening & closing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, ambience, music, fragrance, and overall presentation

2. Team Management & Leadership

• Manage salon staff attendance, duty rosters, and discipline
• Conduct daily staff briefings and performance reviews
• Ensure staff follows dress code, service protocols, and client handling standards
• Train, motivate, and retain high-performing team members

3. Sales, Revenue & Memberships

• Achieve monthly revenue, membership, and product targets
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat visits
• Monitor daily billing, PCS (Per Client Sale), and conversion ratios
• Implement offers, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives

4. Customer Experience & Reviews

• Handle client complaints and escalations professionally
• Ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction
• Drive Google reviews with photos and feedback
• Maintain CRM follow-ups and client retention strategies

5. Inventory, Cash & Reporting

• Monitor stock, product usage, and wastage
• Handle cash, billing accuracy, and daily sales reports
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Head Office
• Coordinate with vendors for salon supplies and maintenance

6. Brand & Corporate Coordination

• Ensure all corporate instructions are implemented on time
• Share daily operational updates, grooming photos, and reports
• Coordinate with operations, HR, and marketing teams
• Prepare salon for audits and surprise checks

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 4–8 years experience as Salon Manager / Assistant Manager
• Strong knowledge of salon operations and beauty services
• Proven track record in sales, memberships, and team handling
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
