The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, and execution prowess to drive communication strategies across the capital market lifecycle and beyond.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Deep Expertise in Capital Markets & Communications:
• Familiarity with capital markets, financial storytelling, or investment banking (specifically, deal origination)
• Knowledge of IPO processes, relevant SEBI regulations, and market trends would be a huge plus
• Experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or public relations
• Exceptional Analytical & Storytelling Skills:
• Proficiency in financial analysis
• Ability to distil business stories into compelling narratives and / or documents
• Proactive and Multi-Disciplinary Approach:
• A self-motivated mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in ambiguous, start-up-like environments
• Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications: (Engineer / CA) + (CFA / MBA Finance)

Key Responsibilities

Initially, your work profile will include:

• Research: Conduct in-depth research on capital markets, business, finance, and economics.
• Advisory: Create compelling advisory / consultation documents for clients, or for internal corporate development
• Execution: Develop action plans and execution roadmaps, ensuring strategies are taken to completion.
• As you grow in the role, your client-facing responsibilities may expand to include: advising clients on complex scenarios like M&A, boardroom disputes, regulatory challenges, and crisis management
• Supporting leadership teams with media training, positioning strategies, and thought leadership content.
• Managing IPO communications, media relations, and investor engagement strategies.
