Job Description: Position: Manager HR Role: HR Business Partner Reports to: Senior Manager / AVP -HR Brief Job Description: The position holder will be responsible for: HR Business Partnering Create and drive HR Strategic Priorities Stakeholder Management – Internal and External Talent Management Framework Conceptualizing and driving innovative engagement initiatives Create and Propose customized Retention strategies PMF Framework Exit Management & Analysis Design reward & recognition programs Competencies Required: Ability to handle stakeholders independently and with minimal supervision Ability to generate business insight and timely input to stakeholders Ability to create and implement People HR strategy for stakeholders Ability to clearly articulate situation in a convincing manner Ability to quickly understand stakeholders requirement and take action promptly Ability to create top class presentations and deliver to larger audience Ability to manage conflicting and tough situations Conformance with Policies/Compliances Foster a spirit of collaboration and team work Intellectually agile and analytical Relentlessly pursue excellence Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Proficiency in MS Office – Excel & PowerPoint Eligibility Criteria: MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized university HR Business Partner experience of 8-10+ years Prior exposure in HRBP in IT & ITES Industry
