Job Description

Role: QE Engineer

Location: All EXL Location

Experience: 5+ years

Banking Domain is plus

Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for data pipelines and quality checks.
Validate data accuracy, completeness, lineage, and consistency across systems using SQL, PySpark.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define test strategy, test data, and acceptance criteria.
Implement automated regression and performance testing for ETL/ELT workflows.
Document defects clearly and work closely with engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal quality standards through robust validation processes.
