Manager, Accounting

As a Manager at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for overseeing the local Indian entity's financial operations and supporting group activities. Your role will focus on technical accounting expertise, managing the General Ledger (GL) team, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local regulations, and leading process optimization efforts while developing and mentoring teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure financial operations align with US GAAP, technical accounting standards, and local Indian regulations. - Oversee preparation and submission of statutory financial statements, tax filings, tax audits, transfer pricing compliance, and other local audits. - Manage TDS and GST filings, annual tax returns, and reconciliations across entities. - Ensure compliance with STPI, banking, and other applicable laws and regulations. - Support the global finance team in preparatory tasks for group reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data. - Assist with data collection, reconciliations, and processes for group reporting and consolidation. - Manage reconciliations, month-end close processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the CoE. - Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. - Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to support team growth. - Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment that emphasizes accountability and excellence. - Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of experience, including Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification with 3+ years in a Big Four accounting firm specializing in US GAAP and technical accounting. - Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in financial operations and accounting. - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, TDS, GST, and income tax compliance. - Proven ability to lead and manage accounting functions. - Understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and local compliance requirements. - Leadership skills with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities. - Proficiency in financial systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
