ZoomInfo is growing and looking to add talented and passionate people to join our Internal Infrastructure team ! The IT Support Specialist will be responsible to deliver quick and effective support for our zoominfo employees on hardware, software, and connectivity issues, both remotely and onsite. If you're tech-savvy and love working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. What You'll do: Ability to resolve issues related to printing, desktop hardware, and connectivity issues Support sites remotely and onsite as needed and assist in managing other technologies Ability to work with a ticketing system and provide quality updates to internal customers and teams. Ability to troubleshoot/resolve issues in a timely manner Follow standard help desk procedures and recommend changes for continuous improvement. Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software Follow-up with employees to ensure issues are resolved Provide employee customer assistance Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention, redirecting problems to appropriate resource Log all help desk interactions Working across time zones Responding to crises promptly Meeting team performance requirements What you bring: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure roles and currently working within company's in-house IT and infrastructure teams Excellent Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and others related OS Experience with Gsuite, Slack, ServiceNow, Okta, RingCentral, Zoom and Intune are absolutely mandatory Excellent knowledge in Zoom Room Troubleshooting in Logitech and NEAT solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem analysis.
