IT Support Engineer II

ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer II to join our growing IT team. In this role, you ll collaborate with a talented, global group of professionals who are passionate about technology and open to fresh ideas and innovative solutions.As an IT Support Engineer II, you will provide hands-on support to Bluevine employees, diagnosing hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders while contributing to major IT projects that enhance our infrastructure and support broader business initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of business IT systems, excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong time and project management skills, and outstanding interpersonal communication. Your success will be defined by your ability to resolve issues efficiently, contribute to process improvements, and deliver a high standard of service across the organization.WHAT YOULL DO:Work closely with and support local and remote employees with tech needsMaintain all IT infrastructureConduct onboarding sessions for new hires based in your office locationWork closing with our security team to maintain a safe and secure environment for our end users and customersSupport our IT team by processing helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting issues with end users, providing users accessories, etc.Lead company projects outside of helpdesk ticketsBecome POC on multiple services used inside our environmentConduct training sessions on new applications for our end usersWHAT WE LOOK FOR:3+ years Experience providing IT Support to employees (Startup experience is a bonus)3+ years Experience supporting Mac and Windows systems (OS issues, updates, encryption, reading crash logs, system setup, etc)1+ year(s) Experience supporting Video Conferencing and Phone Systems (Dialpad, Zoom, Google Meet)Friendly and flexible - you will be the face of IT Support for our Bengaluru officeProactive and eager to provide supportOrganization skillsApproachable and able to convey IT Topics in an inclusive way - this is a diverse environment with non-technical membersExperience using Jira Service Management or like ticketing system to process requestsGOOD TO HAVE:Experience with JAMF and Intune for device management and provisioningExperience working with remote teams in multiple officesCorporate network experience (Meraki or similar)Benefits & PerksExcellent group health coverage and life insuranceStock optionsHybrid work modelMeal allowanceTransportation assistance (terms and conditions apply)Generous paid time off plan, HolidaysCompany-sponsored mental health benefitsFinancial advisory services for both short- and long-term goalsLearning and development opportunities to support career growthCommunity-based volunteering opportunities
