Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Management Trainee / Intern to join the Founder’s Office and Corporate Solutions Vertical and work in close coordination with the top leadership team. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy, business development, and partnerships, while contributing to high-impact projects across sectors. As part of this role, you will support market research, proposal drafting, opportunity identification, partnership development, and business expansion initiatives. The role promises steep learning, mentorship, and exposure to CXO-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

Assist in drafting proposals, concept notes, and presentations for business development and partnerships.

Support leadership in identifying new opportunities for strategic collaborations and business expansion.

Contribute to partnership development activities by coordinating with external stakeholders,corporates, and government bodies.

Prepare reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs for internal and external stakeholders.

Leverage AI tools for content creation, research automation, and productivity enhancement.

Provide analytical and operational support for leadership-driven projects and decisionmaking.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Required:

Fresh Graduates, Master’s in Management / Business Administration (MBA / PGDM) or Bachelor’s in Management, Commerce, or Engineering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, research automation tools).

A proactive learner with high ownership and a solution-oriented approach.

Prior exposure to research, consulting, strategy, or business development projects will be an added advantage.
