Roles & Responsibilities Management Trainee (Sales)

  • Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and sales processes.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting, and client outreach.
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target customers.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Track and report daily sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance product and sales knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact confidently with clients and teams.
  • MS Excel: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining sales trackers.
  • CRM Tools: Basic understanding or hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, and customer relationship management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Target Orientation: Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per year
