Management Trainee (Sales)

Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales Operations Location: Shalimar Experience: 1–3 Years Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Management Trainee – Sales Operations to support day-to-day sales activities. The role involves calling, dealer coordination, CRM updates, productivity tracking, and reporting. This position is designed to groom future Sales Coordinators who can manage dealers, support field sales teams, and oversee freshers with structured execution and ownership. Roles & Responsibilities Handle outbound and follow-up calling with dealers and internal teams Coordinate with existing dealers and track account status and progress Monitor and report: Dealer-wise status Work progress and follow-ups Number of meetings conducted Productivity of field sales executives and freshers Coordinate with field sales teams and track dealer visits Update and maintain CRM records including dealer details, visits, and sales data Fix appointments and meetings with new and existing dealers Support end-to-end coordination of sales operations Prepare daily and weekly reports for management review Assist and coordinate with freshers working under the sales function Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion Identify execution gaps and escalate issues to seniors when required Key Skills & Competencies Strong calling and communication skills Basic understanding of sales coordination and CRM systems Good coordination and people management skills Proactive attitude with strong follow-up ability Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records Structured reporting and analytical skills Willingness to learn sales operations and team management Ideal Candidate Profile Candidate from a management background preferred Experience in sales coordination, operations, or support roles Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and CRM updates Aspires to grow into a Sales Coordinator or Sales Operations role Ownership-driven and execution-focused mindset
