Management Trainee (Sales)

As a Sales & Marketing Trainee at our company, your role will involve supporting the sales team in various tasks such as identifying leads, managing customer communication, handling inquiries, and maintaining sales records. You will also assist in daily sales operations and represent the company in client interactions and events. Key Responsibilities: - Identify sales leads and research sales leads and markets. - Visit or communicate with sales leads to inform and educate them about relevant products and service offerings by WILO. - Handle inquiry offer management and update and document sales and order details. - Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. - Attend and represent the organization at trade events and support the team in negotiating and closing sales deals. - Collaborate with different cross-functional departments and assist upper management and supervisors with day-to-day tasks. Qualifications Required: - Engineering Graduate in Mechanical, Industrial engineering, Production, or E&TC. - Master's Degree in Marketing.
