Branch Manager

1. Sales, Revenue & Business Growth

1) Achieve order intake and sales targets as per the budgeted figures provided by management. 2)Drive business growth by exploring new opportunities, applications, and markets to increase WILO’s market share across all segments in the Delhi/NCR region. 3) Lead initiatives to grow and strengthen WILO’s brand presence in the region. 4) Addressing Grey and While Spots in Delhi /NCR. 5) Support to Central Marketing team for required marketing inputs in Delhi/NCR areas.

2. Customer & Dealer Management

1) Handle and nurture relationships with key customers, dealers, and business partners, ensuring their genuine requirements are addressed promptly. 2) Support and develop long-term business partnerships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3) Promoting stockist for standard Pump Business.
Branch & Team Management

1) Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth administration, compliance, and adherence to company policies. 2) Lead, guide, and mentor the branch team to achieve sales, order intake, and collection targets. 3) Monitor individual and team performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching where needed. 4)Foster a healthy, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture. Develop culture of systematic working. Develop culture of timely response to requirement of RM or VH

4. Compliance & Collections

1) Ensure timely payment collections and fulfil other statutory requirements as per customer purchase orders. 2) Implement and ensure compliance with WILO’s policies, strategies, and circulars issued by management.

5. Strategic Implementation & Reporting

1) Execute company strategies and business plans at the branch level to achieve organizational goals. 2) Provide periodic reports on branch performance, market insights, and competitor activities to management for informed decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
