Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirupati Urban for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, lead a team to achieve sales and collection targets, execute business strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, driving customer acquisition, building strong client relationships, and providing financial solutions tailored to the needs of MSMEs. The Branch Manager will also monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to credit guidelines and risk management practices.

Qualifications

Effective leadership and team management skills to build and guide a high-performing team.
Strong expertise in financial services, sales, and credit evaluation within small business lending or related domains.
Relationship management and communication skills to foster connections with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in operations management, compliance, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in financial analysis and use of technology tools for data assessment is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Prior experience in MSME financing or financial institutions is highly desirable.
