The role requires driving performance targets, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the end-to-end USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia student visa process. The candidate will also strengthen systems, streamline workflows, and uphold company standards.Key Responsibilities• Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve targets.• Supervise complete student visa operations across all countries.• Ensure efficient coordination between counseling, admissions, applications, finance, and compliance teams.• Monitor KPIs, improve processes, and maintain high service quality.• Represent the company in external meetings and ensure adherence to policies.⸻Qualifications• Minimum 5 years of experience in education consultancy, operations, or team leadership.• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.• Experience in sales, counseling, or international education is a plus.• Knowledge of global education systems and visa processes preferred.• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.• Proficiency in CRM tools and office software.• Proactive, disciplined, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
