Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Business Head located in Karimnagar. The Cluster Business Head will be responsible for leading and managing a cluster of business units, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, overseeing daily operations, and implementing business strategies. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with various teams to enhance business performance and drive growth.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the finance or lending industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certification is an added advantage
