Job Description

As Cluster Business Head for Loan Against Property (LAP), you'll lead the LAP business across a Cluster (5-7 Branches), focusing on achieving targets, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Secured loan Branch Managers to achieve Target every month.
Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and customer acquisition.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity and economic indicators to stay ahead of the competition.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
He has to maintain the Portfolio quality of Secured branches of his Cluster.
Proper Co-Ordination with Support team to ensure day-to-day activities.
