Job Title: Management Trainee – Sales

Location: BrightCHAMPS, 1st Floor, Hustlehub Tech Park, Building 36/6, Somasundarapalya Main Rd, PWD Quarters, 2nd Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560102
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

As a Management Trainee – Sales, you’ll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced sales team that thrives on connecting with parents and introducing them to BrightCHAMPS’ innovative learning solutions. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals looking to launch their career in EdTech sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the company’s mission, vision, and offerings while working towards achieving set goals and targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Manage and update client information accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth-oriented strategies.
  • Follow up persistently on leads through calls, messages, WhatsApp, and email outreach.
  • Present and communicate BrightCHAMPS’ curriculum and unique value proposition confidently.
  • Meet and exceed weekly performance targets in a results-driven environment.
  • Conduct live video sessions with parents to introduce the learning programs effectively.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to achieve performance goals.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in EdTech or inside sales are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
