Management Trainee (Sales)

Position: Sales executive

Location: Churchgate, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in driving sales of home furnishing products through assigned channels and customers.
• Support senior sales team in managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, dispatch, and merchandising to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, track orders, and maintain accurate sales data.
• Participate in market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Assist in execution of sales promotions, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an added advantage).
• Fresher to 1 year of experience in field sales (textile, home furnishing, consumer durables, corporate gifting preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
