Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
The Real Time & Scheduling Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing workforce schedules to ensure operational efficiency and service level achievement. This role focuses on real-time adherence, intraday adjustments, and proactive scheduling to balance staffing needs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations and management
    Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (CRM, dialer, workforce tools, etc.)
    Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
    Analyze trends and provide performance insights to stakeholders
    Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
    Ensure data accuracy and compliance with client and internal standards
    Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams for data requirements
    Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or clients

Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, or related field
    Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros)
    Knowledge of SQL and data querying (preferred)
    Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for visualization

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
    Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    Good communication skills for presenting data insights
    Relevant years of experience in reporting or MIS roles within a BPO/KPO environment
    Familiarity with BPO metrics (AHT, SLA, CSAT, etc.)

Working Conditions
    Full-time office-based role. No WFH
    Should be flexible working in US Time zone.
    Fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and accuracy.
