Role Overview

We are looking for two dynamic and driven Management Trainees to support the corporate communications team across marketing, internal communications, external communications, and digital initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in Mass Communication who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Digital Communication

  • Support creation of marketing content—brochures, videos, social media creatives, PPTs, posts, and campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Support content writing for websites, blogs, newsletters, and digital ads.
  • Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

2. Internal Communications

  • Assist in drafting internal mailers, announcements, leadership messages, and townhall content.
  • Help develop and manage internal newsletters and intranet content.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for inputs, approvals, and content gathering.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and onsite communication activities.

3. External Communications & PR

  • Support media coordination—press releases, journalist interactions, event briefs, and coverage tracking.
  • Assist in preparing communications for corporate events, conferences, and brand activations.
  • Help maintain the media database and track brand mentions across platforms.

4. Content Development

  • Draft and edit high-quality content including articles, case studies, interviews, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Research industry topics, benchmarks, and best practices to support content creation.

5. Branding & Collateral

  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communication touchpoints.
  • Support the development of presentations, proposals, reports, and corporate materials.

6. Coordination & Support

  • Assist the leadership team with day-to-day communication requirements.
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, schedules, and content repositories.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like HR, Operations, Digital, and Business Units.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or content design platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
