If your goal is to stand out, we are the right partners for you. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Information Systems Associate located in Surat. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing information systems, analytical data processing, and producing reports. Day-to-day tasks will include project management, conducting data analysis, and providing necessary information to the team. Effective communication with various departments and stakeholders will also be a key part of the role. 1. Data Management and Analysis: Collection and Storage: Overseeing the systematic collection, storage, and organization of various marketing data. This includes internal data (CRM systems, sales data, website analytics, social media data, customer surveys) and external data (market trends, competitor analysis, industry reports). Data Integrity and Security: Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and security of all marketing data. This involves establishing and enforcing data management policies and procedures. Data Processing: Transforming raw data into meaningful and usable information through sorting, classifying, and calculations. Reporting and Visualization: Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations that present key marketing metrics and insights in an easy-to-understand format for various stakeholders (e.g., marketing managers, clients, senior management). This could involve using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms. Trend Analysis: Identifying emerging trends in customer behavior, market dynamics, and campaign performance to inform future strategies. 2. Supporting Marketing Decision-Making: Providing Insights: Analyzing data to provide actionable insights that help marketing teams make informed decisions about campaign optimization, budget allocation, targeting, content creation, and product development. Performance Tracking: Monitoring and tracking the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, influencer marketing) and providing comprehensive reports on key metrics (e.g., audience growth, engagement rates, reach, conversions). Market Understanding: Helping the agency and its clients gain a deeper understanding of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Resource Optimization: Assisting in optimizing marketing resources by providing insights into the effectiveness of different marketing channels and helping to allocate budgets more efficiently. 3. System Management and Optimization: MIS System Maintenance: Managing and maintaining the agency's MIS to ensure seamless data processing and reporting. System Integration: Collaborating with teams and other departments to integrate various marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, ad management tools) to create a unified data ecosystem. Troubleshooting: Providing technical support for information systems and resolving issues promptly. Identifying Improvements: Continuously identifying opportunities for system improvements and innovations to enhance data management and reporting capabilities. 4. Collaboration and Communication: Liaising with Teams: Working closely with various marketing teams (e.g., social media, paid ads, SEO, content creation, brand consulting) to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
