Job Description – MIS Executive

Location: Bandra East, Mumbai

Project: Government Survey Project

Language Requirement: Marathi (Mandatory)

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Government Survey Project in Mumbai. The role requires strong data management and reporting skills, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work with large data sets. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, and the candidate should be comfortable working with survey-related data for government reporting purposes.

Salary

Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

Collect, validate, and maintain survey/project data in structured formats.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission.

Data Analysis & Presentation

Use advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.) to analyze large datasets.

Prepare dashboards and graphical reports to support decision-making.

Identify data gaps, trends, and insights for management review.

Process Support

Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely receipt of survey data.

Support project managers by providing ad-hoc reports and data extracts.

Maintain proper documentation of reports, formats, and processes for audit/compliance purposes.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in Commerce / Statistics / Mathematics / Computer Applications.

Experience: 1–3 years in MIS/Data Reporting roles.

Freshers with excellent Excel skills will also be considered.

Technical Skills:

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, etc.)

Knowledge of data validation, formatting, and automation will be an added advantage.

Language Skills: Strong command over Marathi & English (written and verbal).
