Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to clients. Your role involves supporting the business, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the successful delivery of complex services across multiple sites and service offerings. You will engage in proactive client communication, project management, technical oversight, and problem-solving to meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services according to agreed service definitions and SLAs. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback. - Tailor required services according to client business needs and objectives. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues promptly. - Develop account plans and strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. - Manage the implementation of new services, upgrades, and projects for clients. - Monitor and report on contract performance. - Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients. - Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business or related field. - Relevant ITIL certification preferred. - Relevant project management certification (for example, PMP) is preferred. - Advanced demonstrated experience in managed services and/or support services environment. - Advanced familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
