Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be an advanced subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to clients. Your role will involve proactive client communication, project management, technical oversight, and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure services are delivered according to agreed service definitions and SLAs to maintain client satisfaction. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback. - Tailor required services according to client business needs and objectives. - Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues promptly. - Develop account plans and strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. - Manage the implementation of new services, upgrades, and projects for clients. - Monitor and report on contract performance. - Maintain accurate records, client documentation, and incident reports. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or Business. - Relevant ITIL certification preferred. - Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred. - Advanced demonstrated experience in managed services and client management. - Strong understanding of managed services, including infrastructure, cloud, security, and support.
