Proven track record of leading complex IT projects and delivering successful solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing business needs.
