Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Record to Report
In this role, Manager will be responsible for managing the Customer Rebates process including month end close and ensure all SLA’s(CSL/KPI/Ops.) Metrix is met with accuracy, Internal & external stakeholder & escalation management, Governance on operational metrics is followed and reported. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise. Uses critical thinking, data analysis, business & financial acumen to provide exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of 10-15 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training.
- Review the rebate payouts calculated by the team based on the customer contracts.
- Sound of knowledge of Record to report process which includes month end close, booking of accrual/true ups and Balance sheet reconciliation on Blackline.
- Review the Subledgers and reconciliation prepared by the team.
- Prepare the management reporting and dashboard for the leadership.
- Manage cross departments collaboration to streamline the process.
- Review the process SOPs and get it approved from the client.
- Customer Service, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting service-level agreements
- Implement processes to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded.
- Risk Management, Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Contract Lifecycle Management, utilize contract management software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Training and Development, Keep the team informed about new products, processes, or system changes.
- Performance Monitoring, Monitor and assess the performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators (SLAs/KPIs)
- Continuous Improvement, Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contract management function.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall contract management capabilities.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management, effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Commerce Graduate, preferably along with CA-Inter.
- Ability to work on multiple ERP, master data and workflow solutions
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant work experience in General Ledger
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
