Key Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of excellence, elegance, and professionalism across Lodha associates at HO.
Consistently model and promote the highest standards of grooming, dress code, and personal presentation in alignment with brand expectations.
Conduct regular walkthroughs across Lodha floors to ensure adherence to luxury service standards and expectations.
Provide on-the-spot coaching and guidance to associates on etiquette, conduct, and presentation where needed.
Provide regular feedback and collaborate with the HPM and HR teams.
Support L&D initiatives and help coordinate for various programs like induction and site visits.

Qualifications:

Impeccable personal grooming and professional presence
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Keen eye for detail and elevated standards of service
Ability to lead by example and influence others positively
