Logistics Operations Manager

Your strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability sets you apart in this role, making you the ideal candidate for driving operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage all aspects of operational planning and execution across production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics. - Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. - Ensure timely production, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, R&D) to align operational goals with business objectives. - Develop and implement operational strategies to support rapid business growth and scalability. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reporting on operational performance and areas for improvement. - Lead compliance efforts with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. - Mentor and manage a team of middle managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Oversee vendor and supplier management to ensure timely procurement, cost control, and supply chain continuity. - Drive innovation in production techniques and technologies to improve throughput and product quality. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - MBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, with a strong background in Manufacturing and F&B sectors. - Proven track record in leading large teams and managing multi-functional operations. - Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics. - Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy. *Preferred Skills:* - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational methodologies. - Experience working with automated manufacturing systems or Industry 4.0 practices. - Exposure to sustainability initiatives or green manufacturing practices.,
