You are a strategic and detail-oriented leader with a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations, especially in the F&B space. You have a proven ability to lead and inspire large cross-functional teams while maintaining a sharp focus on operational efficiency and quality. Your strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities enable you to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. With a track record of managing multiple manufacturing sites or high-volume production units, you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively across departments and levels. Your strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability sets you apart in this role, making you the ideal candidate for driving operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage all aspects of operational planning and execution across production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics. - Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. - Ensure timely production, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, R&D) to align operational goals with business objectives. - Develop and implement operational strategies to support rapid business growth and scalability. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reporting on operational performance and areas for improvement. - Lead compliance efforts with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. - Mentor and manage a team of middle managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Oversee vendor and supplier management to ensure timely procurement, cost control, and supply chain continuity. - Drive innovation in production techniques and technologies to improve throughput and product quality. **Qualifications & Requirements:** - MBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, with a strong background in Manufacturing and F&B sectors. - Proven track record in leading large teams and managing multi-functional operations. - Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics. - Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy. *Preferred Skills:* - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational methodologies. - Experience working with automated manufacturing systems or Industry 4.0 practices. - Exposure to sustainability initiatives or green manufacturing practices.,
