Who We're Looking For: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations across our manufacturing and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of expertise in operations management within the Manufacturing and FMCG sectors, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for a strategic yet detail-oriented leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess: o A deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations, especially in the F&B space o A proven ability to lead and inspire large cross-functional teams while maintaining a sharp focus on operational efficiency and quality o Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement improvements o A track record of managing multiple manufacturing sites or high-volume production units o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels o A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and sustainability o This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for operational excellence Key Responsibilities o Lead and manage all aspects of operational planning and execution across production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics o Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies o Ensure timely production, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality standards o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, R&D) to align operational goals with business objectives o Develop and implement operational strategies to support rapid business growth and scalability o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reporting on operational performance and areas for improvement o Lead compliance efforts with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements o Mentor and manage a team of middle managers and operational staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement o Oversee vendor and supplier management to ensure timely procurement, cost control, and supply chain continuity o Drive innovation in production techniques and technologies to improve throughput and product quality Qualifications & Requirements o MBA in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field o Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, with a strong background in Manufacturing and F&B sectors o Proven track record in leading large teams and managing multi-functional operations o Deep understanding of supply chain, inventory management, procurement, and logistics o Familiarity with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools o Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy Preferred Skills o Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational methodologies o Experience working with automated manufacturing systems or Industry 4.0 practices o Exposure to sustainability initiatives or green manufacturing practices Ready to join the fastest-growing agri-trade & snack brand in India? Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 360° Accounts Specialist with comprehensive experience in end-to-end financial management for the entire Group. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling complex financial data and possess hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for numbers, we would be glad to have you on our team. You’ll Need To: Take full ownership of the accounting function, including general ledger management and finalization of accounts. Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Maintain balanced books through meticulous reconciliations and strong internal financial controls. Lead internal and statutory audits with a structured, detail-oriented approach. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), leveraging them to optimize financial workflows. Navigate the manufacturing sector with a clear understanding of its operational and financial complexities. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations. Handle secretarial responsibilities, including maintenance of statutory registers, filing of returns with ROC, preparation of board and general meeting minutes, and assisting in board governance matters. Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely and accurate compliance. Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and proactively implement necessary compliance measures. Combine strategic financial insight with operational agility to support business goals effectively. Work closely with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and "what if we did this crazy idea" scenarios. Must-Haves: 7–8 years of strong experience in accounting, with demonstrated expertise in end-to-end financial management. Significant exposure to the manufacturing sector, with a deep understanding of industry specific financial processes, cost structures, and compliance requirements. Proven capability in the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to statutory norms. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms. Strong orientation towards compliance, internal controls, and driving cost-efficiency across financial operations. Effective leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire teams.
