Operational Excellence Manager - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor plant team performance through time studies, identifying value-added vs. non-value-added

activities, and sharing insights.

 Coordinate with plant teams on improvement projects and provide regular progress updates.

 Conduct process analysis and time studies to suggest efficiency improvements, labour optimization,

and potential automation solutions.

 Prepare, compile, and submit systematic reports to streamline workflows and maintain

documentation.

 Track and analyse fast-moving items, recommending rate revisions and cost reduction measures.

 Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending tasks as per given direction.

 Draft and share commercial offers with customers in coordination.

 Execute delegated tasks with accuracy, verify outcomes, and provide timely reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA in Operations / Business Management preferred.

 Minimum 5 years of industry experience (manufacturing, operations, and operational

excellence experience are preferred).

 Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver timely updates.

 Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.

 Prior exposure to a manufacturing or operations environment will be an advantage.
