Key Responsibilities:
Monitor plant team performance through time studies, identifying value-added vs. non-value-added
activities, and sharing insights.
Coordinate with plant teams on improvement projects and provide regular progress updates.
Conduct process analysis and time studies to suggest efficiency improvements, labour optimization,
and potential automation solutions.
Prepare, compile, and submit systematic reports to streamline workflows and maintain
documentation.
Track and analyse fast-moving items, recommending rate revisions and cost reduction measures.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending tasks as per given direction.
Draft and share commercial offers with customers in coordination.
Execute delegated tasks with accuracy, verify outcomes, and provide timely reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA in Operations / Business Management preferred.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience (manufacturing, operations, and operational
excellence experience are preferred).
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver timely updates.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis.
Prior exposure to a manufacturing or operations environment will be an advantage.
