Operational Excellence Manager - FMCG

As a Plant Operations Coordinator, your role will involve monitoring the performance of the plant team by conducting time studies to distinguish between value-added and non-value-added activities. You will collaborate with plant teams on improvement projects, providing regular updates on progress. Additionally, you will analyze processes and conduct time studies to propose efficiency enhancements, labor optimization, and potential automation solutions. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and submitting systematic reports to streamline workflows, maintaining documentation, and tracking fast-moving items for recommending rate revisions and cost reduction measures. Ensuring timely follow-up and closure of pending tasks as per given directions, drafting and sharing commercial offers with customers, and executing delegated tasks with accuracy while providing timely reporting are key aspects of this role. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA in Operations / Business Management preferred. - Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with a preference for manufacturing, operations, and operational excellence experience. - Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and deliver timely updates. - Excellent communication and reporting abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic data analysis. - Prior exposure to a manufacturing or operations environment will be advantageous.,
