Who we are?

We founded Ashapura in 2013 with a vision to transform the Agri-commodity B2B ecosystem.

Ashapura Agrocomm Pvt Ltd is the largest processor of California Almonds in India with a turnover of more than INR 400 crores per annum. Along with almonds, we deal in cashews, pistachios, walnuts, seeds & spices. We have an overseas office in Singapore & plan to start operations in Dubai, Africa & USA. In the year 2019, we launched a premium snacking brand 'Bazana'. In 2020 we curated a B2B e-marketplace for Agri commodities “TradeBridge”, which provides an Amazon like platform for B2B buyers & sellers to trade in bulk. The group has a vision to reach a turnover of over INR 1500 crores in the next 3 years from their existing operations, B2C brand & B2B marketplace.

What we're looking for?

Import Documentation:

• Manage and execute all aspects of import documentation, including preparation, verification, and

submission.

• Collaborate with customs house agent to ensure adherence to regulations and timely clearance of

imported goods.

• Maintain meticulous records of import-related documents and transactions.

Export Documentation:

• Oversee the preparation and verification of export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with shipping partners to facilitate the smooth dispatch of goods and manage export

compliance, including licensing and restrictions.

Shipment Tracking:

• Implement and manage a robust shipment tracking system for real-time monitoring of goods in transit.

• Regularly update internal stakeholders and clients on the status and location of shipments.

• Proactively address and resolve any issues or delays in the transportation process.

Logistic Operations:

• Coordinate and optimize logistic operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution

activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics seamlessly into overall business

operations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Who we’re looking for?

• More than 3 years’ experience in import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with

international trade regulations with a strong understanding of customs procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Demonstrated track record in handling all aspects of shipment tracking, providing real-time visibility and

status updates.

• Substantial experience in coordinating and optimizing logistic operations for seamless supply chain

management

• Positive Go-getter attitude and the ability to think outside the box

• Creative problem solvers, typically with outlandish ideas

• Unending appetite to learn, with an unquenchable drive to succeed
