Logistics Operations Manager

As a Logistics Operations Manager, your role will involve managing day to day dispatch and logistics operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of packers, dispatchers, riders & drivers to ensure timely delivery of food to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day to day dispatch and logistics operations - Supervise a team of packers, dispatchers, riders & drivers to ensure on-time delivery of food to customers Qualifications Required: - Maximum 2 years of work experience in operations related to Food, Car rentals, Fleet, Courier, Logistics, or FMCG preferred - Freshers are also encouraged to apply - Graduation/diploma in any discipline - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software, especially advanced features of MS Excel - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask - Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude; previous experience in setting up or running a venture would be a significant advantage Please note that the location for this position is Bengaluru, and the compensation offered is starting at 6 Lakhs Per Annum.,
