Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. 8) Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales partners, branch managers & internal departments. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and support in achieving business objectives. Team Handling, Insurance Selling, English Speaking, Knowledge of Local Language, Strong Entrepreneurial skills, relationship management, networking skills with customer service intent, interpersonal skills.
